This winter, Homy will be welcoming you at The Space in Clapham for an elevated winter experience.
After hosting many retreats in London, one thing has become very clear to me: they always feel too short. And rushing is the one thing I no longer align with. This retreat is a conscious response to that.
This winter gathering has been crafted to offer you something rare: an entire afternoon devoted to you. Time to slow down, be and listen.
You’ll move creatively on your mat, soften into the parts of you that have been asking to be heard, and give yourself the space to reflect on where you are going, in your life and in your business.
Some of that reflection will happen quietly, within yourself, and some in connection with the women beside you. You’ll sit in a room with women from different walks of life, each bringing perspectives that gently stretch and shift your own.
What I don’t have right now is a detailed line-up of the afternoon and that is very much by design. I create each immersion closer to the time, in deep connection with what is alive in me, what feels activated, and what I feel called to share with you. This allows the experience to be intuitive, responsive, and deeply aligned with the women in the room.
What I do know is this: you will leave that room with a neurochemical shift in your body, a felt sense of clarity, safety, and possibility.
And from that place of alignment, you will make decisions effortlessly and create your next chapter with joy and impact.
You can expect a creative yoga flow that will leave you feeling stronger and lighter. A long restorative class with deep massages so you can completely soften and let your body recharge and your mind connect back to your creative power. Imagine a massage for your body and brain at the same time.
There will be other things which I am intentionally keeping secret.
